1st Friday Speaker Series

First Friday of each month at 7:00 PM.
Experts speak on topics including local history,
the arts, environment or literature. Some programs
are musical performances. Refreshments
following.
In progress Monday mornings and Tuesday
evenings.
Trainings offered Fall and Spring for volunteers
who want to tutor adults in basic reading or ESL.
We need people who are patient, friendly, and want
to help another adult develop their literacy and
language skills. Prior teaching experience is
not necessary. Interested students or tutors
