At the Tuesday night Village Hall Board of Trustees meeting, Mayor Ron Lowrance began the first of many awards presentations to individuals in the community who gave many hours to the Community of Capitan during the year of COVID-19. Thank you Mayor and Trustees for honoring the staff of the Capitan Public Library last night.
